2.3. If the replacement item is available in our inventory, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost. In case the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund following the guidelines mentioned in our Refund Policy.

3. Return of Defective or Damaged Items:

3.1. If the replacement requires the return of the defective or damaged item(s), we will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer support team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.

3.2. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance for your return.

4. Cancellations:
